| Vanilla | Gluten, eggs, milk | - | Yes |
| Funfetti | Gluten, eggs, milk | Soya | No |
| Caramel | Gluten, eggs, milk | - | No |
| Classic Red Velvet | Gluten, eggs, milk | - | No |

Frostings and fillings
Your choice of frosting and filling can add allergens. In particular, anything made with chocolate or white chocolate may contain soya, and cream cheese, mascarpone and buttercream all contain milk. If you need the exact ingredients for a specific combination, just ask and I'll check the packaging of everything I use for your cake.
